Returns
Returns are accepted from all countries, free of charge—however, customers are responsible for arranging and covering their own return shipping. Request your return in your account and arrange return shipping to the below address:

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- Returns posted within 14 days of purchase
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Your refund
Once we've received back your item, we will notify you by email confirming whether or not it meets the necessary conditions to qualify for a refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Refunds take up to 7 business days to arrive in your account, please wait the full 7 business days after receiving your refund notification email to get in touch.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
